COVID 19 FAQ

With increasing Government guidance around how to stay safe, we wanted to keep you up to date with what we are doing as a business to protect you and our team. 

Although we are going through unprecedented times, we are working together to keep our distance whilst staying connected, and continuing to provide a great service to our customers.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • Our warehouse team are working with a 2 metre distancing policy, which is enabled through staggered start and finish times.
  • We have spaced out all workstations so that staff are working within their own offices, with extra deep cleaning sessions across all areas of the warehouse.

ORDERS & DELIVERIES

  • Delivery times may vary slightly due to local lockdowns, however our customer service team will ensure to keep you up to date with your estimated delivery date.
  • Our carriers are practising social distancing maintaining the social distancing rules for both you and our drivers.
